Producer / Tour Producer –
Key Responsibilities
Manage flights, accommodation, ground transfers, and visas for interstate and overseas touring
Research and strategise expansion into new cities and markets
Manage overall show schedules and touring logistics
Problem solve quickly and calmly when operational issues arise
Coordinate videographers, openers, support acts, and contractors for each show
Submit insurance documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met
Manage venue relationships and complete venue forms, production paperwork, and operational requirements
Negotiate terms, review contracts, and manage signing processes
Create, submit, amend, and communicate production briefs for venues, videographers, and performers
Understand contract terms and identify operational, financial, and scheduling risks
Coordinate timelines between marketing, ticketing, production, and creative teams
Ensure show-day operations run smoothly across multiple stakeholders
Maintain clear communication across touring, production, and management teams
Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and operational planning as the tour scales
Executive Assistant –
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and manage incoming emails
Schedule meetings, calls, and general calendar coordination
Assist with day-to-day scheduling and operational organisation
Help manage incoming communication and ensure people, enquiries, and opportunities are responded to thoughtfully and efficiently
Help coordinate community engagements, appearances, and meetings
Engage professionally with community members, venues, media, and collaborators
Assist in organising new projects, ideas, and operational workflows
Support touring logistics and potentially travel during tour periods
Help maintain structure, communication, and continuity during fast-moving periods of work
Problem solve calmly and communicate clearly when priorities shift quickly
